Important Service Statement
The primary services provided by INVIS HK COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “INVIS“) are related to cycling activities. As all sports involve inherent risks, cycling is no exception. Whether a beginner or an experienced cyclist, there is a risk of injury or even death due to personal negligence or the negligence of others.
Therefore, participants, parents, guardians, or responsible persons intending to join activities organized or co-organized by INVIS (including but not limited to courses, training, races, and all types of activities) should assess the risks beforehand and clearly understand and be willing to assume all consequences resulting from any accidents. Even if INVIS has obtained insurance for its services, we strongly recommend that participants purchase appropriate personal insurance based on their own needs for added protection.
INVIS, its representatives, sponsors, and any related organizations shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from accidents involving any participants.
